To run your subscription we store: your name, work email, company, and the competitor names you ask us to track. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe (merchant of record) — we never see your card data.
We use this information solely to produce and deliver your briefs and to support you. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we don't share your subscription details with anyone except the processors needed to run the service (payment and email delivery providers).
The intelligence in briefs comes from publicly available web sources about the companies you nominate. We do not collect private individuals' data for briefs; where public pages mention individuals (for example, a job posting), we report only what is already public and business-relevant.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time: support@rivalnotes.com. We answer within 30 days. If you're unsatisfied, you may complain to the CNPD (Portuguese data protection authority).
