RivalNotes provides a subscription information service: periodic written briefs summarising and analysing publicly available information about companies you nominate (up to five per subscription). Briefs are delivered by email, normally weekly.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record; the purchase you make is from Stripe's merchant-of-record entity, and their terms of sale apply to payment matters. You can cancel at any time by email to support@rivalnotes.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If your first paid brief does not meet your expectations, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund that payment.
Briefs are licensed for use within the subscribing company. Please don't resell or republish them. We monitor only publicly available sources; we do not access private systems or confidential information, and briefs may not be error-free — verify before acting on material decisions.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email with reasonable notice. Portuguese law governs these terms.
